My Background
Being an Upper Arlington native, I understand Central Ohio’s academic landscape. After graduating from UA, I went on to earn a B.A. in Economics from DePauw University and an MBA from the Stanford University Graduate School of Business. Professionally, I have over two decades of experience leading high-level teams in management consulting, commercial real estate development, electrical contracting, and solar energy. I also coached college football for four years and served as the team’s academic advisor, where I was able to help over a hundred student-athletes succeed both in and out of the classroom. While at DePauw, I also worked closely with the university admissions office to recruit student-athletes, and that experience deepened my understanding of what it takes to get accepted to top colleges and universities.
This unique blend of academic, business, and coaching experience shapes my approach to tutoring—that’s what The Learning Coach is all about. We are results-driven with a personalized approach and are deeply invested in helping each student reach their full potential.
